By now I have been involved only in the initial interview and I'm waiting for the second step. It is conducted by phone, with a senior recruiter and is quite informal. They ask you to go through your CV, explain some detailed situations related to what you have written, especially if there are statements like: "i achieved a reduction of 5% of time losses....". They will ask you to explain better in details. Then they ask you to tell which has been the most challenging situation you have faced and how you managed it. Finally they ask you to explain how you would convince a client to change his mind regarding some idea that you have and that is completely different from the way he/she behaves. At the end they ask you when you would be available to do the second interview.
