Interview flow: Pre-test 1st round interview with the Recruiting Manager 2nd round with take-home assignment 3rd round take-home assignment discussion 4th round onsite interview with the team Overall, the interview flow was nice, and they did provide sufficient information before the interviews. The take-home assignment has 2 parts. I found them tricky because the questions are open. slightly unjust in the question design cause they encourage creativity but have a certain definition in mind. I was interviewing for a recruiter position and was challenged on my marketing ability in recruiting. :(
