      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Pick.A.Roo nel mese di giu 2022

      Colloquio

      Interview process: 1. HR interview (June 2, 2022) 2. Technical Exam (June 2 to 9) 3. Technical Interview (from their consultant who is a previous employee) (June 16) 4. Panel Interview (internal employees) (June 21) 5. CEO interview (June 28) 6. CEO and COO interview (face-to-face) Context: HR reached out to me in linkedin and asked if I'm interested to apply. Since I'm passively looking for new opportunities, I accepted. Initially, the interview process was smooth, even finished the CEO interview. The CEO interview I had to wait for 30 minutes because CEO had overlapped schedule. It was okay since it's online. It was good until after the CEO interview, I assumed I passed because the HR asked me for my expected salary after the CEO interview which I already shared with them on the HR interview. Then after I shared, HR did not even reply. I had to ask for an update, in which HR told me that they're having a realignment. Then I asked if they have a timeline, no reply. I assumed at this point. They ghosted me, usual HR problem. No rejection email. I thought that was it. Then after 2 months, HR contacted me again. Asking if I'm still interested. Since, I really want to switch companies. I said yes, then the HR asked me for another interview which was face-to-face with CEO (again) and COO. To which I replied yes, she sent me a tentative schedule but did not update me. So I emailed to ask TWICE for an update before she replied that she's just finalizing the schedule with the CEO. After a week, no schedule was set. I asked for another update, no reply. Emailed again for an update, still no reply until this day. The process would have been okay, if the HR knows how to update their applicants properly. But no, just good old ghosting, leave the applicants hanging without ever telling the reason why they rejected. HR who does not respect applicants, does and will not respect employees. Red flag honestly.
