Interview process is a one on one interview, then a group interview, like a focus group where you have to do challenges. This was on the same day where you would do both
from what I remember it was a pretty standard interview process, it wasn't difficult. The job was easy to manage with university because it was a zero hour contract but I asked for extra hours during summer holidays.

A group interview where you need to stand out from the rest. They ask you to do group activities mine was if you could add any event to Alton towers what would you make and why then give a presentation they give you a topic and you need to talk about it for 2 mins then they give you a 1-2-1
