It was quite easy, the HR called me on the phone and asked about my skills and experience. The following day I got a message about a physical interview. I got interviewed by the CEO and it was quite fun and interesting.

A well planned process. You will be tried on your drafting skills creativity and working under pressure plus managing tight deadlines effectively. Then a verbal interview would be done asking certain things based on the works you have done and what you can offer.
