I had to apply online; which was not a big deal. The interview itself was a group interview with only the manager and 7 other potential employees. It was a bit nerve racking!

They had us walk around the store and find an item that we liked. Then we all came back and told each other why we picked the item we chose.
Then we had to look to convince the person next to us that they needed this item and how well it would look good in their home.

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
