Interviewed by the assistant manager in a tiny office in the stock room. She asked a few "tell me about a time . . ." questions, and I was called two hours later and offered a job. No drug test for sales associate jobs, only sales leader and above. There was an online test as part of the application. It took a good 20 minutes and involved watching a few videos and answering some questions about sales and customer service.

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
