First interview with person from different dept. Second interview over lunch with executives (that did not eat), third interview with a group of 12 people from cross-functional departments. Other applicants only had a quick phone interview. Very inconsistent.

Really relaxed and straightforward, blend of competency and behavioral questions which were linked to the company values. Had the option to do face to face or over microsoft teams. Held by hiring manager and another sales colleague.
