The interview process was very different then most I’m used to. I will say, they were all very polite and outgoing. The process overall was just extremely negative for me because I felt they could’ve been a little more honest and not try to hype me up with a great offer coming my way. They were telling me my resume was great and that I would be a great fit at property. But then 4 days later, I was emailed that they were going in a different direction. It was all extremely disappointed because I missed out on 2 different offers because I just had a great feeling about what was coming with Pillar.
