After waiting a few weeks, I was scheduled to interview with the VP, Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. The process was fairly straightforward. I was asked numerous questions which reflected my ability to multi-task, serve customers efficiently, and bring in additional business to the bank. Also, I was informed what my job duties would be.

Explain a time you solved a problem related to contacting a customer and how you were persistent in doing so.
Meg with branch manager. Very friendly. Explained position responsibilities. I was referred by a current employee, which is how I got the interview in the first place. The manager asked questions about my past employment and challenges I faced there and how it would translate to the position I was applying for.
