The second interview is with the potential manager, who assesses your skills, compares the role with your previous experience, and evaluates whether you would be a good fit for the team. Overall, the atmosphere is fair and friendly.

It went very quickly, management is very friendly however you really need check everything twice before signing the contract. Few simple enough questions, nothing to hard. Questions regarding motivation and experience. They dont look for experienced workers, good place to start of.
