It was a phone screening interview (first round) and was chill and nice. Basic questions were asked such as salary expectation, describe your excel skills, etc. They said I was a strong candidate and will schedule for a second round interview. However, they said the position was pulled off due to company decision.

Colloquio
Initial phone screening by HR followed by 2 in person interview with background check and personality assessment. The first in person interview was with Human Resources and my future boss. My second in person interview was with my future boss and upper management. The personality test was used to assess how you work with others and you'd fit in the organization.
