Interview process was lengthy. Wait staff is required to take a test on the entire food menu and drink menu, and history of the club. Everything must be right. I had to take the test 3 times.

It was pleasant and to the point. I put in an application and got a call back pretty quickly. I had to have a valid license and social security card to start and had 2 interviews. They were both pretty short.

We just went over my experience. I was told about the place and was hired on a probationary period. Everyone is to make sure that you get along with current staff and club members.
