After being approached by the company's technical recruiter, I was given a phone screen by the hiring manager. The phone screen was a simple screen, trying to weed out candidates that are obviously not a match.
After the phone screen, there were assessment tests taken online at home, with my webcam on. That was a little weird. The tests were typical IQ and behavioral tests.
I was given a home-based test setting up infrastructure in AWS.
Then came the in-person interview. I interviewed with a few members of the team I'd be working with, and then the manager. During both these interviews, we discussed the work I did in AWS.
A few days later, an offer was made.
