It was straightforward. The manager asked STAR questions . It’s easy interview process. There was a wait but the interview didn’t last long. Hiring is done on spot. Having Experience is a plus but you are trained 4 days before you go on the floor .

They basically want to see your personality! They will ask you the typical why should we hire you, but also hobbies, interests and such. If you come across as genuine and nice, you should do well
