HR called me about 3 weeks after application was made, to conduct a quick phone interview. It was a good conversation to understand better the company and role requirements. After that, a 24-hour written test was administered. Once that was cleared, I had an interview with the local team. I would say the overall experience was good, but what was dismal was the lack of any follow-up of sort after the final interview round.

First is a phone screening with HR and providing a writing sample. Next is interview with your direct leadership. My interviewer (now boss) was very considerate. This is a place where they really try getting to know who you are vs. getting straight to the “sell yourself.” It felt a lot like a conversation about my knowledge in the field of risk management/ intelligence. The final interview is a panel interview with the client you’re matched up with, which is typically similar questions, sometimes more relaxed.

First interview with HR was incredibly difficult, with detailed questions about the pharma industry. HR did not seem interested in my answers and yawned throughout, which I found very unprofessional. It seemed like they were in a rush to hire and got me to the second interview within a few days which was a panel interview of 5 people. I was nervous about it at first, but everybody asked good, standard questions and was very friendly. However after this I got ghosted completely and never heard back.
