Pinnacle came to my school heavily recruiting. They interviewed countless people after the career fair, including me. I got a call that night telling me I would be flown down to Texas for a final round of interviews. So they purchased the tickets, but make the candidates pay for food, ground transportation, and lodging (about 250 bucks after it was all said and done). This is not normal and should of been a red flag FYI. The interview started about 45 minutes late and was a panel of two guys asking normal interview questions and going over my resume. Their trick question is "teach me something" just in case you were wondering. From there I went to lunch with some very nice employees. When we got back, I shadowed an employee who was doing what I would be doing if I were to be selected. They are in a windowless room in a trailer that holds probably 8 people in cubicles doing Excel sheets all day. Not my thing. They got back to me quickly with a "no" offer and wouldn't tell me why I did't get the job, citing a company policy to not disclose reasons for denial to past candidates. Very disappointing.

There were three interviews: first a recruiter phone screen, then two Zoom interviews with one project lead and one project manager in each interview. Questions were mostly behavioral in nature, and they asked about the experiences listed in my resume.
