Overall I had a great interview experience with Pinnacle, and specifically with Elena McDermott. She was very friendly and responded to any and all of my questions promptly and helpfully. It took about two and a half weeks to submit my application, go through the interview process, and then to receive a job offer; I think this is a very appropriate amount of time because it did not feel rushed nor did it drag on too long or leave me waiting for the next step for any extended period of time. I enjoyed the interview experience, and the only thing I wish went a little differently is that I wish I had known when the expected start date for the position would be so that I could give my current (now previous) employer a 2 week notice.

The interview process overall was great! I had a really good experience interviewing here. It was well-organized and I felt like I knew what to expect during the whole thing and could ask questions if I ever had any throughout my interviewing stages.

I interviewed mid August 2025 and I was hired to start two weeks later. The process was very easy. Jaidan was super helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and manages the hiring process efficiently.
