Received a call for an interview 2 hours after applying online. Interview was the next day. The manager and assistant manager conducted the interview. About 2 minutes in the manager excused herself to take a phone call. The assistant manager asked me a few more questions. I expected the manager to return but she didn't. A very lackluster interview and if they offer me the job I am not going to accept it. If you are going to invite me to an interview then please don't waste my time by walking off on a phone call. I can only imagine how your tenants feel when they come in for any assistance. No thanks Pinnacle. Get some professionals.

It was a 2 part interview one with the property manager and the other with the regionally. First impressions are everything and you must dress professionally at all times! They have very high expectations and expect you to achieve them.
