Too meny interviews. 1st CCAT test - which is very hard to do for "regular" people, not engineers. And it's before even you have a chance to talk with an HRs about the position.

Colloquio
The interview process was divided in 3 phases: meet the lead and HR responsible for the process. It was a normal conversation, to get to know each other, explain the hiring process and analyse the cultural fit and overall career to evaluate if it's okay to move forward.
Then, they contacted me in order to schedule a meeting with their design team and PM were I would present either 2 projects from my portfolio or a challenge: a problem that I tried to solve in one week and a half.
I chose the challenge, and after presenting, they gave me a good feedback about it, and later received the proposal.
Last, I met the Head of Design from Pipedrive in a 1:1 meeting just to know each other and confirm the cultural fit.

Make sure to use your time wisely, you have 30 minutes to present a challenge or 2 projects, then 30 minutes to questions and answers. DON'T bring projects only based on UI, or make things pritty. Show your process, talk with your audience/users, start your problem based on real user needs (research)!
