First round based on a phone call followed by an English web based test and an excel test. Second round based on an assessment day, with several other candidates, is divided in two parts: the first one in Italian the second in English. During this day your softs skills and your leadership are the main features you are tested on. Finally, the last round consists in a personal interview with some managers. During this phase you are asked to answer some general questions based on the topic you are applying for.

Applied for an Internship contract, with all the responsibilities of a full time employee with experience. Short telephone interview with HR. Then face to face interview with 3 managers, to discuss the CV information and former job experiences. They described the main challenges for the position. The decision was made in once week. In total from the application process till the confirmation it took 1 month. All the interview was in Italian.
