Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Pirelli (Bari) nel mese di feb 2024
Colloquio
It was something horrible - I interview for them in the first round and I had a terrible experience. We started with part of the interviewers being late but I guess that could happen. Another interviewer mentions needing to leave in 30 minutes or so. In the meantime, we start with the interview. It’s easy to mention that nobody was listening to me. There were people doing other things in the meantime and the person who had to leave was constantly interrupting me and didn’t let me finish whenever I was explaining a concept, he was clearly in a rush.
Funny thing is that he actually left the meeting after 20 minutes or so but he joined the call again while he was driving and was asking me questions.
I asked them a few questions at the end of the interview and one of those was:”What is your company culture?”. This same guy replied to me: “I don’t answer this type of questions”.
My question is.. who the hell would want to work with people like this? What a stressful environment would be to work like this.
