I applied for a position and in about a week received an invitation for a telephone interview. After that I was sent an Excel test and after completion I did not receive any answer from the company.

The first stage was a phone interview with a lovely HR representative. second stage was a excel test which took about an hour to complete. third phase was at the office with three representatives which were very professional and extremely friendly.
