It was a really odd conversation. The recruiter took all of 7 minutes to brush me off the phone. She asked me what is my current salary and I responded with a desired range, but then she asked 3 more times about what I am currently earning! In some states this is an illegal practice. I told her a minimum salary requirement and she rudely and abruptly ended the call saying that I wasn't what they were looking for and hung up while I was still talking.
The funny thing is that I was referred by an internal employee and a friend of hers. I think they're looking to hire some warm bodies in large quantity and don't care much by way of experience or quality.
Typical behavioral interview questions that they are looking STAR method answers for. Make sure that you really drive home the impact that YOU created in the situation and how that ties back to the overall value for the client.

Super professional communication from recruiter to hiring manager. The PitchBook team made the process very clear. The questions asked were fair and seemed to tie quite clearly to the functions of the job I was interviewing for. Overall, the interview process was positive.
