Standard process: phone screen > manager interview > in person team interview. Team interview was repetitive & long though not difficult questions. HR was orderly though I felt very misled. Additionally the manager & team had unclear expectations of the role.

I had a call with hr and set up a suitable time for a skype call. It was late my time but that was fine. I thought everything had gone ok. I prepped for this call, stayed up late, asked questions, was very attentive, called them when Skype went down as I could not re-call them for some reason and the interviewer had gone and then I got an automated rejection - thanks but no thanks. Feedback would have been great as I spent 2 hours of my life pressing the company, product, role, seeing who worked there etc etc and then no feedback at all !
