They reached out very quickly once I applied. We set up a call quickly. Recruiter was personable and wanted to get a better feel of why I wanted to work there. Also helpful in explaining career growth and answering questions about the role. I wish I had done more research on private equity before the call so would recommend understanding that.

Simple, not too bad and pretty standard. Smooth interview process and was three rounds. Nice company and everyone I met and interviewed with were helpful and nice. There was a sales activity and they asked the normal interview questions.

Personality and ability to make a pitch. Work on the pitch a lot- that almost messed me up! Ask a lot of questions when you are pitching- that is what they want to see!
