The company was professional, and I had to interview with 5 people with the highest level being a VP of Sales. Never had to meet the SVP. Make sure to dress very nice - definitely a suit and tie environment in front of customers

Why would you want to work for a large company like Pitney Bowes after having worked at only small companies?

Long and arduous process. The interview itself wasn't bad the hiring process was as they used a 3rd party to verify references in which I had to do all the work
