First round- group interview, 15 min Second - interview with the mentor, 40 min The interviewer hasn't said anything about the company and position except they are developing drastically and need more staff. and if you will follow their trainee program you will be regional director soon. Looks like MLM

I interviewed for the Event Coordinator position at Pivot Marketing in Miami, FL. It was a group interview that was maybe 15 minutes, a second interview that was about 30 minutes and there was a questionnaire after that second interview. The next day I received a call with a job offer. However, upon accepting the position, the job is not what I applied for. It's fundraising essentially and you go door to door trying to get people to donate to non-profits or you're standing outside stopping people on the streets. I wish the company would've been more forth coming about the position.
