Applied for the role of operations manager due to it aligning with my skill set extremely closely, had a total of 3 interviews, 1st interview with Director which went well, relaxed and covered experience and core skills, this landed me a 2nd interview with another director and senior operations manager, again started relaxed but became a little more gruelling, got the feeling the senior ops manager was apprehensive about me and I faltered a little on some questions regarding workplace culture and change management which are two of my stronger skills I was then invited to third interview, again I could tell the senior ops manager was still apprehensive about my abilities which was a little nerve wracking, but he was courteous and professional throughout the process. The overall experience was good and this looks like a good company to work for.
