Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Pizza Hut (Columbia, TN) nel mese di ott 2014
Colloquio
I applied online. It's a very quick application process. I was called in right away for orientation and skipped an interview process entirely. The orientation process was very simple; I just watched a ton of videos and took quizzes over them until I had passed them all. There were some minimal skills testing (giving fast change, "Safe Zone" for food temperature, proper hand washing) but it was nothing that the average person couldn't do. They did drug testing and background checks on all applicants.

Very simple, the interview was quick, just went over basic previous work experience, availability, and reason for leaving previous job. The interviewer was the RGM and was open to any questions I had regarding the position.
Pretty Short and concise interview. There is not too much is asked of you. Just show up and work and will have no problems, availability will be biggest factor in getting hired most likely
Standard stuff- “tell us about a time you did this”, pretty much corporate 5 questions that they ask you at every single entry level restaurant. Interview doesn’t matter very much, if you can get into a tipped position there like driving or carry out captain you’ll make okay money. Shoot for carry out captain so you don’t add mileage to your car
