The interview process typically involves submitting an application, followed by one or more interviews—either virtual or in-person—where candidates are assessed on their experience, skills, and fit for the role and company culture.
In Plains Midstream's interview process, I first had the opportunity to complete a video pre-screening where I was asked a few questions, followed by an interview with the team where I was asked a variety of technical and behavioural questions, overall a well planned and well executed experience.
