It was a long process with 6 interviews. first interview with HR, second with VP sales, and then a 2-hour round of 4 small interviews (30 min each) - with future peer from the same department, colleague from a different department, supervisor, VP of different department. Though it was a tiring process, I got positive perception about the company. The 4 small interviews also gave me understanding of the overall environment and job position.

Many steps, wanted a full presentation of 45 minutes before even allowing me to ask my most important questions and decide if I wanted to move forward. Presentation required a lot of in depth knowledge about the company. Which I understand but if I haven’t been allowed to ask my personal questions why should I spend hours studying about this companies products competitors etc. for a 45 min presentation.

8 interviews. 3 reassuring zoom follow ups with the recruiter saying how much they would be excited to have but they need figure out their Remote employment policy first as was not intending to move to Berlin and was transparent about it since day one.
The whole process was about 1.5 months long, intense and then radio silence after no less than 11 meetings. The communication stopped just a few day prior to Christmas, which would have been even worse to stay in the limbo. I have accepted a different offer from another company for the same role.
I am fine to accept the defeat but after completing all the stages and not being given any feedback or a rejection letter was simply awful.

Pretty standard questions but the sales presentation research was intense but also rather standard for this kind of role to see how you handle your research, your presentations skills and how you deal with pressure.
