Managers sit down for an interview, gave a tour of the gym to me to help me see what it was like from a behind the scene perspective. Heard back within a couple of days !

one that really stood out to me was “tell us about something you’ve accomplished that you are proud of. why is that?”
One on one interview with the manager. I was asked basic behavioral questions and where I saw myself in three years etc. When it was done I was offered a job on the spot
