The interview process was a basic interview asking why I was interested in working in customer service and training at planet fitness. Casual and non stressful. I felt comfortable and at ease during the entire phone interview process even thoigh i did not get an offer.

Basic interview process. First they called me and asked me what is a good time to come in. I Interviewed with General Manager first. Then I interviewed with the Assistant General Manager. They were very welcoming offering me a water and gave me a tour of the facility.
Smooth and easy process. There is not intimidation throughout the interview and the company is seeking out flexible workers to fill in their spots. The company is more so looking for college students
