Sat down with GM and assistant manager in training. They started with the typical "tell me about yourself" introduction and asked very standard interview questions. This specific club location felt like it would have been such a fun place to work but the schedule options available did not work with my availability.

Tell me about a time that you went above and beyond for a customer.
I had a two person interview with a manager and another upper level employee. The questions were relevant and they were very willing to answer any questions I had. I personally don't mind having more than one person interview me for accuracy and oversight, however I can see how that might overwhelm or intimidate another person.
The process was quite Simple and Easygoing. They asked about average and expected interview questions. Nothing too crazy. People were very friendly. Chill environment. Manger made a job offer on the spot. You can choose to accept or decline.

Simple laid back. Asked about work history and background. Specific hours. Asked if comfortable standing most of the shift. Frequent cleaning. Very nice manager. I feel that younger people tend to get hired more. Pay is not that great.
