I applied online and heard back via a message through a third party recruitment service for an interview the following week. I had time off work to attend the interview in Rotherham and turned up to several applicants despite thinking it was a 1-1 interview, this was quite surprising as we were in a pandemic and no face masks or measures were in place which was uncomfortable. It still was a 1-1 interview they just had two (out of four) of us interviewing at one time and we had to complete a written document which was a few pages of competency questions. The interview was friendly and pleasant and questions weren't too complicated. I was told I would hear back early the next week. Over a week had passed and I had not heard back, I emailed them directly to ask for feedback and this was ignored. I think baring in mind the time and preparation I put into a face to face interview during the pandemic a response would have been nice and therefore a negative feeling overall.
