Worst process and they are doing interviews for time pass though they dont have openings in org. I wont recommend to apply and waste of time. Liked the way interviewed by Mr sachin joshi. He is very nice person. VP is really waste person. He does not know how to assess the candidate and he is not fit for this role really.
