I had applied to another position within the agency and HR saw my resume and decided to contact me about the position. I did an initial phone screening with HR. A week later, the field manager contacted me to do a writing assignment that included a sample email written to a prospective volunteer and scheduled a video interview with me two weeks later. A week later I was contacted for an in-person interview with three staff members at my local planned parenthood. I heard back with a final decision three days after the final interview.
