Applied online and HR suggested I apply to a higher position . HR called about a week later. HR was very friendly, lots of positive feedback about experience and fit. They noted a "quick turnaround" on hiring process and expectations of 2-3 weeks start to finish. I was encouraged to check back with HR and that I was in a very positive position. When following-up HR apologized about delays in the process, several weeks before interviews even started, and HR continued to encourage patience in the process and my good standing long after they seem to have made a hiring decision.
