Fast, to the point, detailed feedback and speed up processes.After each round I received spot on feedback. On the interviews they were interested in my professional life but also wanted to get to me as a person as well. I met all the exec members of the company, had the chance to meet the mid management as well. Around 6 people formed an opinion If I should be hired or not.

Mostly focusing on who you are and whats your motivation to join Planorama. Also some situational questions were raised how would I solve different problems. They raised strenghts and weaknesses as well along the way but it was rather how the discussion moved forward
