Initial with the the HR was great. Friendly and bubbly but once I met the other 2 folks in round two, the energy shifted dramatically. It was awkward and I felt judged the entire time - it did not feel inquisitive , it felt more standoffish (although I was pushed forward for being such a good candidate)

First round People Ops Head of Sales Sales Manager I think I met with the CEO as well I learnt a lot about the product and the culture at Planswell. I've always been eager to begin a career in sales especially in fin-tech. It's probably one of the best interview processes I've been part of. The team seems really down to earth, no ego and all look like they are devoted to the mission. This role doesn't seem like your typical sales role and I like that. I am still waiting to hear back.
