Overall very positive experience, fast and transparent process. The HR interview was very informative, yet relaxed, and focused on culture and way of working which are quite special at PlantingSpace. By the end of the interview I could already schedule the discussion with the cofounder. This focused a lot on how I could apply my skills in the company, but also on the product. I particularly liked the analogies used to describe the product in plain English. Ultimately, PlantingSpace decided to move forward with more experienced candidates, but I do hope to be able to join them someday.
