      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Planview (Bengaluru) nel mese di lug 2025

      Colloquio

      I was contacted by Planview HR for the Sr. Software Engineer I – Automation role. Initially, I was informed there would be two rounds: 1. Technical 2. Technical + Managerial • Round 1 (Technical): Went smoothly. • Round 2 (Expected Managerial): Ended up being another technical round as the manager didn’t join. • After this, I was informed the position was on hold. About a month later, the same HR reached out again to check my continued interest, and I was scheduled for the actual managerial round (Round 3). • Round 3 (Managerial): This was a comprehensive discussion covering the team, responsibilities, salary expectations, long-term commitment, and even onsite opportunities. It ended on a positive note with an assurance that HR would update me on next steps. Later that same week, a different HR contacted me unexpectedly to schedule a 4th round. • Round 4 (Final): This round included two panelists – the same manager from Round 3 (who didn’t speak at all) and a delivery manager who asked some technical questions. The round felt brief, disconnected, and lacked clear purpose. ⸻ Final Outcome: Post-round 4, there was no update. Despite following up via email, I received no response. Eventually, I contacted the original HR who confirmed that the team decided not to move forward with my profile.
