It was a phone interview first, then in-person. In person, multiple people interviewed me at once, but it was not too scary. They even joked around a little bit. The drafting manager, two engineers, and another main manager were at the interview. I showed them a portfolio of past work. The in-person interview was maybe 45 minutes or so.
