Unprofessional and disorganised. Interviewers were late/distracted, and spoke as if they were robots reading off a scripted list of Q&As. Half the time, I'm pretty sure they were not listening which was frustrating because you asked the candidate to come down for a face to face interview yet can't even respect their time. Glad I didn't get in.

Standard interview questions. Nothing extraordinary.
The interview process was smooth and efficient but I was ghosted in the middle of the process. The recruiter said they will send more information about the next interview stage but never did, tried reaching out a couple of times to find out about the status- but got no response either. It's fine to be rejected, but it's not professional to be ghosted after an interview that seem to went well.
