Interview was lacking in so much. The individual that completed the interview has been there for 20+ years and was not open to any suggestions that were made. Comments that "this is what they've done since 2018 and it wasn't going to change" can only lead you to imagine what their culture is like in this place. Openness to new ideas and concepts is what keeps companies alive. Secondly, there has been no further communication on the position. When you take your time to explore a company there should be feedback about the process even, if you are not selected for the position.
