I applied online and the recruiter contacted me a few days after to set up a phone interview. Unfortunately the recruiter did not call, but emailed me more than 24 hours after stating that they had already found a match. I found this somewhat unprofessional to commit an applicant to an interview, when they already had another person that far along in the process who they were so close to offering the position to.
