After getting invited in for an interview, I met with 5 different people for a roughly 30 minute interview/meeting per person. Most of the questions were about how I would handle difficult working conditions (problem employees, unrealistic schedules, long work hours, etc.).

Had phone calls with recruiting manager, followed by VP and Director, and lastly 4 potential coworkers at a peer level. Took a LONG time (3-4 weeks) to get a response after the interview.
