moderate and easy to navigate, process and process improvement questions; loved the culture free swags, very friendly place and environment - i would give it a 4/5 to work at

Candidatura
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso PlayStation (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di lug 2023
Colloquio
Went through 3 rounds of interviews and they just dropped me off cold. No updates as to whether I was proceeding or not. So it was a very unprofessional outcome. Would have at least appreciated a note to say I was not progressing after multiple interviews.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso PlayStation (San Francisco, CA) nel mese di dic 2017
Colloquio
I interviewed 2 separate times for 2 different positions with Sony PlayStation at their San Francisco office. Once in Oct and then Dec. I applied online and had a phone interview. I was asked to come into their office to interview with 3 people. The toughest person to interview with was their Sony rep from Tokyo. The questions were very technical. I never had back and in Dec received a call to interview for a different position. I thought this was promising since I had already spoken to them and been to their location.
I went through the same routine again. I spoke with a manager over the phone, then was asked to interview in person again. This time with 6 different people. There was no job description and interviewed with different people who had no idea what the daily duties of the role would be. Again, the toughest questions were from 2 engineers one of them being a director from Japan. I thought the interviews went well. I eventually received an automated email saying I wasn't chosen after 2 weeks.
