Interview process was long (8 interviews over 9 weeks) and unprofessional. I had to do follow ups a week after the last interview just to see what (or if) the next steps where. The Hiring manager never reached out to me or contacted me directly even though during the interview process all she talked about was herself and how similar career paths we took. Spend very little time asking about my experience, sill sets or qualifications....very unprofessional. After being told I was the primary candidate on sever occasions and passing over other interview opportunities with other companies, they finally reported back via email (HR admin.) That they were going with another candidate.
Complete waste of my time and again, extremely unprofessional they way they handle candidates and potential employees. Would never consider or recommend anyone ever go through that with this company. Too many better and more organized companies in the area that actually care about the people their bringing in to interview.
